System; Rockwool insulation mechanical rail system, Sto Armat Novo glass fibre mesh embedded basecoat and decorative Stolit K acrylic topcoat.

Scope; Achieving industry recognistion from the FPDC for the level of workmanship attained, this structure was wrapped in rockwool insulation using the highly adjustable mechanical rail system which allowed the creation of a highly insulated sharp finished façade unaffected from the irregularities of the sub-structure. Also, all concrete retaining walls where rendered using the Stoflexi coat system, an anti-crack render system.
